At Yodeyma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance and confirms it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
